Platform Policy

Read this to understand Store.Camera's role before you buy or sell — we provide the space and the system. We are not the seller, and we do not receive payment for the goods.

1. Who Store.Camera is

Store.Camera is a platform providing online storefront space and sales management tools to camera shops. Each shop on the platform is an independent business: it owns the goods, sets the prices, and is the direct party to the sale with the customer — the platform is not the seller, not the shop's agent, and not a party to any sale.

2. Payment — you pay the shop directly

  • Every payment channel (PromptPay QR, bank transfer, cash on delivery) is the receiving account of the shop you bought from. Payment for goods does not pass through or rest with the platform.
  • The platform therefore has no power to withhold funds, freeze funds, or order a refund on a shop's behalf.
  • Always check that the account name matches the shop you ordered from before you transfer.
  • Pay only through the channels shown on your order page in the system. Transferring to another account given to you outside the system carries a risk of fraud and falls outside the platform's oversight.

3. Returns, refunds and warranty — set by each shop

  • Each shop publishes its own return policy, refund terms and warranty on its shop page, with a link shown before you confirm an order — please read it before every purchase.
  • To request a return or refund, contact the shop through the report-a-problem button on your order page, within that shop's stated terms and timeframe.
  • Used items show a condition grade based on the platform's shared definitions — the grade and the photos are the selling shop's assessment and responsibility.
  • The platform does not accept returns, does not issue refunds, and does not provide warranty on a shop's behalf under any circumstances.

4. What the platform does

What Store.Camera is responsible for, and takes seriously:

  • Keeping the ordering system, the listings and the order records working correctly and accurately.
  • Setting the shared rules every shop must follow — no counterfeit goods, no deception, and shop policies must be shown clearly.
  • Supervising shops through review and graduated penalties — warnings, reduced visibility, temporary suspension of selling, up to permanent removal from the platform.
  • Receiving reports about shop conduct, and using them when deciding a shop's standing on the platform.

5. Reporting a shop

  • If you find a shop breaking the rules — taking payment without shipping, selling counterfeits, misstating an item's condition, or pushing you to pay outside the system — use the report-to-the-platform channel and include your evidence.
  • Our team will investigate and act according to the seriousness of the case. The outcome is at the platform's discretion.
  • Please understand that reporting is a mechanism for supervising shops, not a channel for getting money back. A monetary claim is a legal right between you and the shop, which you may pursue through the relevant authorities — such as Thailand's Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) — or through legal proceedings. The platform will provide the order records held in the system to support your claim as the law allows.

6. Advice for buying and selling safely

  • Read the shop's policy, its history and its reviews before ordering.
  • Film the unboxing from before you open the parcel until the whole item is visible — it is the single most useful evidence when negotiating with a shop.
  • For cash on delivery, always inspect the parcel before paying.
  • Keep your transfer slips and all negotiation chats until the transaction is fully settled.
  • Transact only through the system — the record in the system is the evidence the platform is able to confirm.

7. Limits of the platform's liability

The platform is responsible for the operation of the system as described in section 4, but is not liable for a shop's conduct, the quality of goods, the success of a sale, or any damage arising from a transaction between a buyer and a shop. Using the platform means you understand and accept the platform's role as set out in this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

The platform may update this policy, with the date of the most recent update shown on this page. For further questions, contact [email protected]
