Terms of Use

Store.Camera is a marketplace platform that brings several camera shops together in one place. We provide the selling space, the payment system and the order management tools. We are not the seller of the goods.

The contract of sale is made directly between you and the shop you choose. The shop is responsible for the item, the accuracy of its information, delivery, warranty, and returns under that shop's own policy.

• You must give truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
• Do not use someone else's account, or create an account to evade a suspension.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts used improperly or in ways that harm other users.

• Prices are shown in Thai baht and are set by the shop.
• Orders are split by shop. If you buy from several shops at once, each becomes a separate order with its own shipping charge.
• When you place an order we hold the item for you for the time shown on screen. If payment is not made within that time, the order is cancelled automatically.
• For bank transfer or PromptPay QR you must upload complete proof of payment. The shop checks it before dispatch.
• If proof of payment is found to be invalid, the shop may cancel that order.

Delivery times shown are estimates from the carrier and may vary for reasons outside our control. If you choose branch pick-up, please bring your pick-up code to the shop.

Return and warranty terms belong to each shop and are set out on that shop's policy page — read them before you order. If a dispute cannot be settled, you can raise it with our team through the report-a-problem function on your order page.

Used items are sold unit by unit (one listing = one item) and are graded on the same standard scale across every shop. Photos are of the actual unit. Signs of use consistent with the item's age are normal for used gear and are not treated as a defect, unless they differ significantly from what was stated in the listing.

• Listing counterfeit goods, illegal goods, or goods you have no right to sell.
• Giving false information about an item's condition or serial number.
• Manipulating reviews, creating fake orders, or using the platform to deceive others.
• Automated scraping, hacking, or otherwise interfering with the platform's operation.

The Store.Camera name, logo and site components belong to Store.Camera. Images and text uploaded by a shop remain that shop's property; the shop grants us permission to use them to display and promote listings on the platform.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running continuously but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for damage caused directly by the goods themselves or by a shop's conduct. We will, however, help coordinate and use the measures available to us to protect buyers as far as is reasonable.

We may update these terms. The date of the most recent change is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
