Returns & refunds at a glance
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the item (based on delivery completion time in the shipping system) in cases where the product is damaged, does not match the order, is the wrong color, is the wrong model, or has functionality issues. The shop does not offer exchanges. In these cases the shop gives a refund. If the package is damaged during shipping, please record a video while opening the package as evidence every time. New items: Warranty according to the terms of each manufacturer or importer. Warranty does not cover: - Specialized equipment such as drones, gimbals, stabilizers, and audio recording devices - Accessories including batteries, chargers, cables, and other supplementary equipment - Software or applications - Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water damage, disasters, and natural calamities — the buyer is fully responsible for all costs - Deterioration of CCD/CMOS sensors due to usage lifespan - Service fees and return shipping costs

🌏 International shipping & returns
International Shipping via FedEx (Fastship) includes a tracking number for every order. Delivery takes approximately 7–14 days after payment confirmation.
